1. Refund Policy
We aim to provide high-quality digital marketing services that meet or exceed our clients’ expectations. Refunds are processed under specific conditions as follows:
Non-refundable Services: Due to the nature of digital marketing services, work performed (e.g., completed advertising campaigns, SEO optimization, or content creation) is non-refundable. This includes services that have already been delivered or are in progress.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be issued under certain circumstances, such as if agreed-upon milestones were not met due to our agency’s oversight. Refunds are processed based on the percentage of incomplete work.
Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the disputed service completion date. Requests should include specific concerns and reasons for dissatisfaction.
2. Delivery Policy
Our services are digital and are delivered online, with timelines and milestones set forth in each client agreement. Our delivery policy ensures transparency and accountability, as outlined below:
Project Timelines: Project timelines are set based on the initial consultation and will be provided in the service agreement. We make every effort to meet these timelines and will notify clients of any anticipated delays.
Milestone Updates: We deliver services in agreed-upon stages, providing updates at each major milestone and soliciting client feedback as necessary. Clients will receive detailed reports upon completion of each stage.
Communication and Reporting: Regular reports on campaign performance, SEO metrics, or content reach will be sent according to the agreed schedule, typically weekly or monthly, depending on service type.
3. Return Policy
As our services are digital in nature, there are no physical products to return. However, we strive to resolve any service-related issues promptly.
Service Revisions: If the delivered service does not align with the client’s specifications as stated in the agreement, clients may request revisions within a specified time frame (typically within 7 days of delivery).
Client Feedback and Adjustments: Minor adjustments based on client feedback are typically addressed within the scope of the initial project agreement. Larger changes or additional requests may incur additional fees.
4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and clients may need to modify or cancel their services. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Subscription Services: For clients on monthly retainers or subscription-based services, a minimum 30-day written notice is required to cancel or pause services. Any payments due within the 30-day notice period will be billed as scheduled.
One-Time or Project-Based Services: Cancellations for one-time projects or specific campaigns must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the start date. Deposits for these services may be non-refundable if work has already commenced.
Early Termination Fees: In some cases, early termination fees may apply, particularly if upfront discounts were provided. These fees will be detailed in the client’s initial agreement.
