Five websites you should check when you want to know what the weather is going to be like.

Intellicast.com offers a wide range of information based on where you live. You simply input you ZIP Code, City Name, Airport ID, or State, and it will bring up a page looking like this-
It gives you a 10-day forecast, which includes high’s and low’s, UV Index, Relative Humidity, Precipitation, Snow, and Cloud Coverage. For those of you that are more visual, you can scroll down to see a graph of all the same things, that looks like this-

Weather.msn.com is less complicated than Intellicast, so for those of you that just want a basic and accurate forecast, MSN Weather could be the site for you. Another reason MSN Weather is great, is that it gives a description of the forecast, not just numbers. So if partly cloudy means more to you than “cloud coverage- 43%”, then MSN Weather can be great for you. Here’s what the page looks like visually-

Yahoo Weather is the most graphically advanced, meaning it has the highest detail in the graphics used to give a visual to the forecast. The page has descriptions like MSN Weathers, but at a more simple level. So, if detail and simplicity float your boat, Yahoo Weather could be for you. Have a look-

AccuWeather.com is a really basic, but supposedly extremely accurate, weather forecasting site. Three of it’s best features are hour by hour weather forecast, and AccuPop (Probability of Precipitation), and Lifestyle weather. Each of which are fairly unique to the site.

Weatherbug.com is by far the most basic and primitive of the sites. The one thing that is unique to the site, is the wind compass. It shows the direction of the wind and the speed based of of a point in your city that you specify. The best part about this is that it is live, meaning when the wind changes, it is instantly displayed on your screen. This is useful for people who have hobbies like shooting off model rockets because it shows important information about the wind. So, if knowing the direction and speed of the wind is important to you, check it out-
