Never include a url in your sitemap which you don’t want to be get noticed by search engines. This includes admin pages or other pages exclusively used by the Webmaster. Once you are done with the creation if sitemap, put it in the root folder of your website. Now submit the file to search engines through the search engine interface. Whenever there is a change in the structure of your website, just modify it and resubmit it to the search engine.
