Sometime during your Internet surfing life you will have come across these two chat/blogging/social networking ng sites. Now a lot of people are against facebook and twitter linking and tagging each other. Whilst other like the fact people are viewing their profile and pages.
Twitter – The most basic type of social network, where you share what you are doing to other who follow your “tweets”. There are very few other twitter functions that are outstanding.
Facebook – Facebook has grown to a very large social network. There are so many functions and cool applications which a facebook user can use to their hearts content. Upload photos,media,play applications,join groups and much much more.
Now that you have an understanding of these networks we now need to focus on the hotly debated issue of:
Facebook is NOT Twitter
The fact that twitter can “tweet” facebook is gradually frustrating people into thinking that the two social networks are fighting over the public and audience. A common statement made by people is “Facebook is NOT Twitter… so stop tweeting me”.
Now which side of the argument you want to take will depend on which networking site you favour and possibly use most. My-Space users have no say in this.
Twitter has a lost less public audience and users compared to facebook and the constant “tweeting” on facebook puts facebook users off. They just don’t want to see twitter anywhere on a facebook site.
Facebook is facebook so stop “tweeting”.
