I don’t have any doubts when ExpertsColumn declared that payment I requested on August 21, 2012 amounting to 5$ was completed. It means the site has already forwarded the payment to my PayPal account as per their records.

However, as of today August 30, 2012, the said payment did not appear on my PayPal account yet. I would ask Nikhil Mahajan (ExpertsColumn staff)- the person who prepares payments to help clear the issue and to know who is lying.
Regarding the issue, I asked PayPal by sending off a short letter at which the information was based from the information recorded at ExpertsColumn. My letter said:
Dear Paypal Team,
I am just curious to know what happened to the payments sent off to my paypal account by Expertscolumn prepared by Nikhil Mahajan. I requested it on August 21, 2012 from their site. On their final record the payment was completed – that means it was already forwarded and accepted by Paypal. However, I checked my account at Paypal today (Agust 30, 2012) but your site has no record of payment received from Expertscolumn. What happened to the said payment? Where is that payment of 5$?
Sincerely yours,
Paul Pruelppruel@yahoo.com
PayPal replied: Thanks for the note, and we’ll do our best to get back to you within 24 hours. It might take a bit longer (depending on the question), but we try hard not to keep you waiting longer than 72 hours.
Below are records of completed payments made by ExpertsColumn and forwarded to my PayPal account:
Dates requested: Status: Amount: PayPal records: Amount:
August 21, 2012 Completed 5$ N/A N/A
July 22, 2012 Completed 5$ July 26, 2012 $4.50
July 01, 2012 Completed 5$ July 06, 2012 $4.50
June 06, 2012 Completed 5$ June 12, 2012 $4.50
April 29, 2012 Completed 5$ May 01, 2012 $4.50
March 18, 2012 Completed 5$ March 20, 2012 $4.50
Based from the above completed record of payments – who do you think is lying?

This, is why I don’t leave Triond.
Amateur hour over at expertscolumn could do well to lose their troglodytic colorations, that awful comic sans font, and, I guess now, fix their payment systems.

The strongest oak of the forest is not the one that is protected from the storm and hidden from the sun. It’s the one that stands in the open where it is compelled to struggle for its existence against the winds and rains and the scorching sun.
