Triond is a massive network of bloggers and advertisers, as well as some thirty satellite sites, that takes your written content, whatever it is, and pairs it with the best site in it’s network, giving you as much exposure as possible. You get paid based on how many views your content gets. You earn around a cent per ten views, and the ratio gradually increases to around a cent per six views as you get more traffic. Also has a referral program where you get paid ten percent of you referral’s earnings, and google Adsense integration for additional revenue. Pays through Pay-pal and via check.
Bukisa is much like Triond, offering users a chance to get paid based on how many views their content gets. However, Bukisa typically pays more, and they tell you how much you earn (the Bukisa index on the front page will give you the earnings per thousand), and they also offer their own referral program, letting you send your friends to their site and earning some cash off of what they publish. Typically pays more than Triond, and only pays through Pay-pal. Also, the content doesn’t have to be exclusive, just yours, so you can republish content from your other sites onto this one.
Hubpages won’t pay you directly, but instead it’ll give you sixty percent of the exposure your articles get through third party advertisers, letting you show ads that when clicked, are credited directly to your account with the advertisers. For example, if you sign up with your Adsense publisher ID, you’ll get credited with sixty percent of the impressions your content gets. You can also use your Ebay or amazon affiliate IDs to make more money.
Helium pays you per view as well, but requires you to work a bit harder than other sites. You need to earn a editing star before you begin to get paid, and you can only get paid based on non-creative writing pieces. A little confusing at first, Helium doesn’t command as large an audience as the other sites, but can still end up paying you a lot of money if you contribute enough.
Suite 101 is a slightly more prestigious and higher paying site, but only lets you write for them if you pass an entrance exam in which they sample two pieces of your work. The writing style is journalistic, so no first person dialogue, and you have to keep it formal and impersonal. Suite 101 is an online magazine, so your work will gain massive exposure no matter how you write. While revenue and payment are classified, you can stand to earn quite a bit more from suite 101 than any other pay per read site, as they are a premium site that only hires the best.
Much like Suite 101, Demand Studios offers two types of articles that you can write: performance payment articles, which pay you based on the amount of views your content gets, and a flat fee article, that pays you around five dollars in a lump sum when you write an article. They also demand high quality articles, so don’t spam them with poorly written pieces of content. The entrance exam is much easier here then at Suite 101, though Suite is reported to pay much much more to it’s members.

Nice!.. very helpful and interesting.. thanks for sharing
Interesting but your facts are not correct. Triond does not may 1c for 10 views. There is no set earnings structure. It depends on the site and many other things. Sometimes you get much less than 1c for 10 reads, sometimes more. Poetry and creative writing earns very little in deed while Webupon, and News might earn more. It also pay via Adsense if you join up.
I only use the ten views per cent ratio as a rule of thumb on what to expect. Yes, the rates do vary depending on what you write, but ON AVERAGE you can expect a cent for every ten reads.
