The process to make money on Youtube requires a bit more effort than other sites, but you can make a ton of money if you know how to work the site. Basically, the main way you can make money is by becoming a partner with Youtube. You can do this by regularly uploading videos that become popular with the Internet community. Then you apply to become a part of their partner program. You make money out of this by having Adsense ads put onto your videos, and having your google Adsense ID linked to these ads. You can stand to make a ton of money (in the thousands) if you can pull this off. Another, simpler way to make money is to post links on to your videos with the annotation function, or in the description, and allowing that to drive some minor traffic to your own site. Youtube is tricky to use when it comes to making money, but if you can master it you can expect to become very successful on-line.
