Digitalbhoomi is an Indian forum which I joined in February 2009. Just like all other forums, here you can write on a topic, inquire about a doubt, jump into a discussion, whatever you wish. But best part is, the forum pays for your work.
For Posts
For every post you make, they give you a point. Once when you make 200 points, they pay you Rs. 100 or $2.5 and some people are writing nearly 200 – 300 posts per day. I wonder how they do and appreciate their enthusiasm. I write at the most 4 posts per day and not on all days of course. But still I have made $2.5 twice.
For Referrals
They give you 2 points once when a person joins as your referral and give you another 3 points when the newbie writes the first post. So, altogether you can earn 5 points by a single referral. Cool to earn, if you have lots of friends, right?
Contest – The best part of the forum
This is the one I like the most and by which I got paid $25 as first prize for the month April 2009 and $10 as third prize for the month February 2009, on the same month I joined this forum. So how does this work? Every month the forum team selects the best three posts, depending upon the value, discussion and star ratings and give cash prize of $25, $15 and $10 accordingly. So, even if I don’t make a good sum out of the posts count, I earned by few quality posts.
Friendship
Above all this, why I enjoy this forum so much is, the FRIENDS I earned there. The money I earned there could be just like an enzyme to boost me often. But the true friends like Jayashree, Chaitu, Mike, Ram (the admin on the spot to help at any moment) and many more are the real earnings I got from there, whom I can preserve as friends for life time.

Thanks Mythili (meetu as I call her). yes we all(Sachin, Mike, Mythili, Myself) are all proud to be DBians. We love to interact with each other and share our views and experiences in Digital Bhoomi. It is a site for learning, sharing knowledge and experiences, and finding good sincere friends. And as Meetu says we have all won prizes too in the monthly contests for writing quality posts.
