please follow this steps to make your Opera browser more fast:
1. disable “show image”
   tools —> preferences —> turn on Opera turbo —> no image —> OK
2. disable “animated image”
   tools —> quick preferences —> uncheck “enable animated images”
3. make sure you can receive good GPRS signal.
4. in the time who nobody else is using the same local GPRS network provider maybe you can reach full of speed.
   example : in the dawn time or late night
