Find out what your IQ is by online, is all a scam. What do you need to look for to keep your information safe.
What is in an IQ? Is this an idea that is leaving people feeling clueless, or can you out smart the scam artists that are attacking you?
As a fellow face book user I logged on and found out about the IQ quiz seeing that my other friends have took the quiz by the pop-up ad on face book page, so I gave it a go and after taking the test I saw in fine print that changes will be added to my monthly phone bill if I went to redeem my answers. This scam has already been reported online.
So is this is the only IQ test floating out there on the web looking for people to scam? So I also web searched free IQ tests and everyone I saw and did had some charges for the results. If you need to do an IQ test properly best to not take it online. My guess is to look into books and games online that don’t require personal information.
What other scams are out there to be aware of, doing surveys is something people believe they can make money by filling out the survey and then at the end of each survey there are list of free trials that they require you to fill out in order to redeem you money. A complete scam! I did this and got charged the trail amount and then later on they charged outrageous amounts of money. My products I sampled were complete trash. It was a complete waste of time and money! I got my money back but I had to call my bank to get a new credit card.

Phishing is also something to be aware of, by endless emails we receive which link are safe and which are bad? Check out these quizzes posted at Mail Frontier and Sonic Wall.
I got 9 out 10 on Mail Frontier and 5 out of 10 on Sonic wall.
Mailfrontier are 10 questions that are you are safe or fraud, and Sonic Wall gives you email examples to read that you need to figure out which are fraud. They explain what to look for in an email after you complete your quiz.
What do you know about phishing? How to prevent the scam artist from getting your information?
- If you are shopping on-line make sure its a legitimate website, make sure they have a lock guard and they have privacy settings.
- Watch at the URLs when your clicking your emails make sure you are watching where the host link is from.
- Do not click on pop up ads no matter what they are advertising that you will win.
- Do not become a victim of chain letters are a way for people to get your person information.
- Online Job that are going to make you rich overnight! It wants your credit card information to get a kit that is supposedly to help you market and network online.
Be safe and be aware!
