LONDON – A bootnet of servers used for the game Call of Duty has been hijacked by irresponsible parties. After plowing, they use the server to perform ditributed attack denial of service (DDoS).

The attack sediri bombard a business unit. Business unit of theunknown was flooded by the User Datagram Protocol (UDP) to take advantage of defects foundin thousands of game server. Thus was launched from Scmagazine, Tuesday (14/08/2012).
Disability means the server does not require a valid session playerfor the replies. Thereby allowing the attacker to write code and send a UDP packet to the victim by stealing IP addresses.
Anti-DDos vendors from Europe, VistNet, has tried to block the attack, it says there are thousands of sites that are vulnerable to attacks that are easily found through Google search engine.
Andiminstrator party server Call of Duty: Modern Warfare VistNet initially thought to be the brain in this attack. Then to fix the flaw in the server, the administrator has applied a patch on the server Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.
