I am sure that anyone and everyone who knows anything at all about Triond, has noticed that there is nothing posted in the Hot Content section under photos, videos, and audios. I know for a fact that there is photos, videos, and audios published on this site; so where are they?

I myself have submitted photos & videos here, and feel that we deserve some recognition, too. I know that the photos, videos, and audios don’t get as many views as the articles & poetry, and they don’t get as many comments either, but they are an important asset to the site as well. So… why are they not recognized?

How are the outstanding publications in these sections ever supposed to compete with the Hot Content articles & poetry, if no one even knows they exist here? I know that there is a lot of great magazine and book quality photos published here every day. There is also a lot of entertaining videos and audios published, too. All of these published items put money in Triond’s pocket… so why not give the creators at least the satisfaction of knowing who is the best? The more views these items get…  and the more comments they get… the more money Triond and the owners of these interesting materials make. So, what’s the problem? Is there not enough Triond workers to take the time to judge these submissions? If not, I am sure that there are wonderful people (the contributors) who wouldn’t mind taking the time to judge some of these items (not their own submissions, of course) for Triond.

There are 610 pages of photography on Triond right now. I looked through some of the submissions on the first 203 pages and found 10 photos that I thought were amazing. I am sure that there are many more on the other 407 pages that I didn’t take the time to look at.

Now, moving on to the videos. There are 97 pages of videos on Triond right now. So… why is there nothing in the Hot Content section? I looked through 11 pages of them and found out that this section would take longer to judge what would go in the Hot Content section, because it really takes some time to watch all of these videos. Most of the videos that I saw in the 11 pages that I watched were about video games, and some were weird, others were just plain stupid. 

Last, we come to the audios. There are 30 pages of audios on Triond right now. Don’t tell me that there is nothing out of all that to put on the Hot Content list, surely there is. I looked at 10 pages of audios.

We, as the contributors, deserve to know who is the best of the best on Triond at what they are doing. I think we should stand together and demand that our materials be reviewed and considered for the Hot Content list. It is important to know who is at the top, who is working hard, and who is dedicated to making Triond all it can be. There is a big difference in the ones here who are serious about what they do and it shows in their work, and the amount of work they contribute to the site. All I am asking is why are they not rewarded for all that they do? They should be!
