Google prank.

Over 1,100 communities have expressed interest in the Google high speed internet project. The technology giant wants to bring the Google fiber optic network to 50,000 to 500,000 people during the test phase. If successful, Google’s innovation could bring Internet into the homes of many at speeds of over 100 times the current rate.

This was no accident on Google’s part they know what they are doing and is honoring the town of Topeka Kansas for changing the name of their town to Google Kansas for March. The mayor like everyone else is trying to offer in a bid to Google for their high speed fiber for a communication program.

Could it be that Google’s name change to Topeka is indicative that they are the chosen test site for the company?
