Websites come in all types of various forms, shapes and sizes. Now here’s a new category: odd & crazy websites.

There is lots of crazy stuff on the Internet, and everyone has their own idea of what is weird, strange, or just plain eccentric. These seven websites are all odd, and you may not understand exactly what the point is, but they can crack you up. And then again, some of the sites here are just plain weird. You be the judge…

  1. Another Day, Another Word

This is quite a weird website that contains only one word, at its center, that changes everyday. So there’s a new word for your vocabulary everyday. Apart from that, you could say that this is pretty much a useless website.

  2. The World’s Highest Website

We’ve heard of the world’s highest building or even the highest monuments, but the world’s highest website? Though this website does not contain anything much, it is 18.939 kilometers “high” (that’s around 11.77 miles)!

  3. End of the Internet

“All good things come to an end.” Really true – even the internet does! Check out this webpage, which is supposedly the “last page of the internet”.

  4. I Hate Internet Explorer

For those who hate Microsoft Internet Explorer, this is (perhaps) the ultimate website, which states “….Internet Explorer does NOT follow web standards” and names other web-browsers which are meant to work better than Microsoft Internet Explorer. The strange thing is, the owner(s) of the website wasted money just to convey that small a message?

  5. Deleted Images

This website is dedicated to images that weren’t meant to exist. If you have taken any photos that you do not need because they did not come out well, then this website welcomes you to donate those photos to them.

  6. The Longest Website (in Letters)

So, people even spend their money just to get the world’s longest website. We aren’t talking about a few thousand dollars here – it’s a matter of millions of dollars – all for a name! And Shakespeare actually asked “What’s in a name?”

  7. The Longest Website (in Numerals)

This website is quite similar to the previously mentioned one, only that this one is based on numerals and not on letters. What is more is that the website contains only two words and the title of the website.

anotherdayanotherword.com has more than a single word, it actually contains an archive that if you click through, allows you to access all the words in a grid that have ever been posted on the site

Oh my gosh, #7 amazes me, though it took me all of 2 seconds to realize that the digits were based off of the decimal places of pi. :P

    Omg mate, great sites! :D

they are all pretty pointless, however, I love the longest one the one that is 11+ miles long :P that one is so darn cool lol. i’ll make a bet with my dad that he can’t get to the end of it using only the arrows keys on the keyboard or the scroll wheel :D hehe. thanks for sharing these ;) as for the others, they sure are pointless :P but that is their point ;)

lol, the end of the internet! come on, thats some funny stuff. The highest wesite is damn long, at 11 miles and just at 5280 feet/mile and taking an average computer screen to be about 1.5 ft in height, that website could fill 3520 computer screens, now thats alot of website :) !!

good stuff OnFlame keep up the good work

I like this! How about (www.)ikke.no – ikke no’ means “nothing” in Norwegian, and, entering http://www.ikke.no, you’ll find… nothing (but the obvious question: What did you really expect to find?). Odd, indeed, if not the oddest…
