This is a short story on how I became organized over the years growning up.
I found many ways to attract traffic to my articles. It is very hard to manage. I try to think of better ideas hoping that they work. I managed to maintain though. Managing numerous accounts are hard. Luckily, I am very smart. I am able to multitask with several web pages open. Over years of untidy, disorganized work areas, I managed to turn that around. I’ve learned to organize and manage through growing up. Many people never learn to maintain, and they are disorganized their whole lives. I’ve learned, to be successful of anything, you have to be well maintained and organized. This article is about how to get organized, and maintaining that state. Both, on your computer, and at home.
When I started my first job, I had a problem keeping up with my check stubs. I was told that they are important to keep. I tried to put them up somewhere safe, but for some reason they magically scattered throughout my room, the house. I even found a stub outside. No joke. I realized I had a problem. I was very disorganized.
One day, I came home from work. I went to my room and laid down. I laid down in my bed, pulling the cover from under me. I grabbed another pillow from the other side of the bed. I sleep with three pillows. I noticed something strange. If I got out of bed that morning, and went straight to work. Why were their only two pillow under me. I opened my eyes. I was shocked and amazed. My bed was made! I turned around. My whole room was clean! There were no check stubs lying around. There were no papers lying around at all. I soon noticed a blue file folder on my desk. I opened it, It was organized by months. I had my check stubs, employment papers, receipts, and a few other things all organized.
I went out to the living room. Their was only one person to thank. Thanks mom. She told me, “If I see that room a mess again, I am throwing everything in the trash. I said, “No problem. All I needed was a little help.” I went back to my room, and went to sleep.
Several months later, I bought my first laptop computer. I knew a lot about computers. I can remove spy ware, adware, and Trojans. It was not that hard. All you have to do is; click start, got to control panel, then to programs and features. There, you have a list of every program installed on your computer with the option to uninstall. If that didn’t work, there is a more difficult way that is too hard to explain.
At my new job, they only offered direct deposit. That means that my pay goes directly to my bank account. I asked, “Will I still receive check stubs?” They said yeah, but is only available online. I received the information and went home. I went online and downloaded my check stubs from a few weeks ago and my present. After months, I had a lot of check stubs saved on my laptop. They were all saved on the desktop. I had so many icons, it was hard to find a particular icon or program.
I let my cousin use my computer for school research. He told me, “Dude you need to organize this stuff man.” I said, “I don’t know how. Do you?” He said, “Yeah we learn this stuff in computer class. Give me two minutes.” I watched as he right clicked on the desktop (on a clear area) He went down to New, then to folder. He right clicked on the new folder, and renamed it. He named it Check Stubs. He then dragged all my check stubs over to that new folder. I learned something new by just paying attention.
A few weeks later, I learned about Triond. Triond is a publishing website that generates a revenue from your articles’ ads. When I create an article, I save it to a folder on my desktop named “Personal Files” In that folder, I have five other folders; Photos, Audio, Text, Video, and Business. In the business folder, I keep all my account logins for all my account. I do not keep passwords there. I do not save passwords anywhere.
After learning how to be organized, I stay organized. It is way easier. You are able to find items you need. It eliminates all the stress from misplaced item, and generated the stress in to my articles.
