Three websites that I feel every artist should take a look at. There are two sites that will make you a better artist and one who will let you show off your skills.

PoseManiacs.com

Tons and tons, in the neighborhood of 300 or so, poses of both men and women that you rotate in 3D space so that you can find that perfect pose to help you with whatever project that you’re working on. They even offer a warm up service where a new pose will appear every 30 seconds to help get you loosened up before tackling your next project.
-
Drawspace.com

screenshot by authorEvery drawing tutorial known to man is housed in this one website. It is kind of a Myspace for artists. You can create an account, post an avatar, create a gallery to show off your work, look at others work, comment back and forth, friends lists and so on. But the thing that really sets Drawspace apart is the sheer number of tutorials on everything imaginable in accordance with art. If you’re having trouble this is a definite stop to try and find help and it’s free.

Doodlebug.Desktopcreatures.com

screenshot by authorTired of wasting all those trees? This site brings the sketch pad to the masses by allowing you to draw right in your browser. After you set up an account you are allowed to draw whatever you want given it’s not too vulgar and you don’t trace. Then the drawing will be played line by line for others to check out, rate, vote, and comment on. Along with that offer chat rooms and forums so you can get your chat on. Technically you could us the first two sites to help build your street cred on this one.
