An excellent resource for Vancouver singles is a website called “Vancouver Meet Up”.  The link to this invaluable site is posted at the bottom of this article. 

Vancouver Meet Up is a website created specifically as a way for singles, couples and friends to hook up for fun and leisure.  There are many different sub-groups in the meet up site, which allows people to find the group which best reflects their needs and interests.  It is an excellent social tool for anyone who has difficulty meeting others in their sometimes hectic everyday lives. 

With everything from support groups to singles meet ups, there is a group for almost everyone.  Special events, dinners and other exciting activities are posted directly on the site, and singles can purchase tickets for most of these events right on the website itself.  There is a small blurb about each separate meet up group which gives singles an opportunity to find out if the group is right for them or not. 

Some of the featured meet up groups include the following: 

1. Asian Singles Dating:  This is a group for Asians of all kinds to meet up, have fun, socialize and perhaps meet the next love of their lives.
2. Greater Vancouver Off-Leash Dog Parks and Trail Hikers:  Is a terrific group for likeminded outdoor and pet lovers to meet and enjoy the company of other dog lovers.  Meeting bi-monthly, this group is great for humans and canines alike.
3. The Vancouver Night Life Meet Up Group:  This group is excellent for social butterflies that enjoy meeting other singles and friends over wine in a fun, energetically charged environment. 

People can belong to as many meet up groups as they like, thus increasing their opportunity to meet other people and build relationships while doing things they enjoy.  The greatest thing singles can do is unite over an activity which both parties enjoy.  Mutual interest is what can bond two people together and create a wonderful opportunity for new relationships to blossom.
