One needs to take care of its blog on regular basis, to adjust design and overall user experience in order to increase chances of new readers and online friends.
It’s a good idea to introduce new stuff into your blog. And here, I don’t mean new content, that is something mandatory, but when I say new stuff I mean little design tweaks, widgets and all sorts of code snipets which can improve interactivity.
This is important because online users understand communication as two directions road. If you can only read it, better use a book, not a website.
I want to tell you about two places you can find some interesting and off course free stuff to enhance your blog or website. First place is Widget Box where you can find and download all sorts of flash widgets like countdown timers, games, photos widgets etc.
Another place with free flash stuff is Flash2nd – free flash clocks directory. This one is relatively new, but already offers more than 30 completely free flash clocks, each one carefully planned and designed. There are several categories to choose from like business, modern, classic, retro etc. All flash clocks are analog.

I don’t have a blog yet but I am thinking of starting one so I think this is a great guide if I want to go in really advanced!

Very helpful. I agree, blogs need to have more visuals. People don’t like to just read – it needs to be interesting.
I’m still working on mine, though!

Nice clock, and i just wish you did not forget to insert a link to one of the most popular web sites that also offer free flash clocks with a very good professional work, and even tutorials and a newsletter about flash clocks.
The site i am talking about is freeflashclocks.eu/blog , i hope you insert this one when you edit this post, thanks for the information as well.

I don’t like clocks at freeflashclockseu, they have over 170 flash clocks and only few of them are good. Also their embed feature doesn’t work as it should, I guess it is bandwidth issue.
On the other hand above mentioned Flash2nd.com has now over 40 clocks (and growing) and about 80% of them are really cool. Latest Free Twitter Clocks is awesome!

StaticExpert, surely you must be from one of my competitors, but at least show the respect everyone deserves, which includes you too.
There was a problem with bandwidth, now that is fixed for a long time.
If you do not like the flash clocks, well, you really are different, tens of thousands use flash clocks at freeflashclocks.eu and so i can say that tons of persons love my clocks, so i am really surprised with your statement, but you are entitled to your own opinion.
