This is a review for the site lockerz.
Recently I was on swagbucks when I ran into a comment that told me about this new site called lockerz. There were many claims that it was easier to get points and the prizes were cheaper the swagbucks. Curious, I visited the site lockerz to see what everything was about. I attempted to create the account only to find the message “This is an invite only site, please receive an invite” Disappointed I decided to give up on entering.
To my surprise however, several days later I got a message in my email stating, “You have been invited by Lockerz to join this site” I quickly created my username and password and immediately when I entered Lockerz presented me with a game. The game was simple, catch as much money signs as I can with my mouse. However, I expect it allowed only 30 money signs to be caught because when I reached 30 the game immediately stopped.
Excited that I already got 30 points I decided to explore the sites. Everything they said about the site was true. When logging in, I earn 2 points, and I earn another 2 points each day I answer a daily question. The prizes were also cheap as stated; a wii video game was only 100 points. My calculations told me that in 25 days, I would be able to buy a new wii video game.
However, the site is a lot different then I expected. The most obvious drawback is that prizes are rarely in stock. The restocks about once every two months or so and only puts one item on the shelve. So far, I have only seen one restock and by the time I attempted to get the item, it was already gone. In addition, the site is constantly down, in the past week, I have only been able to go on the site 4 times because of maintenance issues.
Overall, it seems like lockerz tells many white lies to its users. However, it is still worth going on daily. It only uses up around 2 minutes of your time to get 4 points. The wait however, in the end, is just as long as other sites like swagbucks and mycokerewards if not longer depending on luck. If spending a simple 5 minutes a day just answering a question but waiting a long time for a prize is for you, then go for it.
