PR is a system that Google uses to weigh the importance of a website. It is based almost entirely on incoming links, and the importance of those links. Each website is given a “rank”, 0-10. Advertising rates are also derived from the PR Ranking. Advertisers are willing to pay more for a higher ranking PR 7 than they are a PR 1. A high PR also denotes the website or blog is going to have more traffic.

Dofollow sites are sites that will let you leave a link to your site or article which in return has the possibility of being seen by a higher number of internet surfers. By linking to these sites it can increase your PR. Increasing your PR, increases your visibility.
Writers of articles, benefit greatly from these high levels PR sites by increasing their readership. Distributing your articles to these sites has the possibility of bringing heavy traffic to a writers creation. Its often a win win situation, a writer wants his work to be seen, the sites are always looking for new content.
It is wise to make sure your content is compatible with the sites you are trying to link to. It’s a fine line to many moderators on these sights between legitimate post and spam. If your content is well-suited for the site you are linking to, there will not be any issues.
Increase your blog visibilty:
The blogs or sites which adopt Dofollow comment policy allow you to get the linkback though your comments. In the “Do follow” policy you receive back links from websites who adopt this policy by simply making a comment on these sites and which is off course index and follow by Google for measuring your website PageRank
