You probably don’t want to sign up for a 24 month deal, as prices could come down hugely in that time. Watch out for extras – modem, installation, moving costs. I have a phone and internet package together, probably with the company with the worst customer service reputation – should have heeded my own words and done my research. I have not received a contract for either. I have nothing in writing to say how much I am paying each month, and how much my download limit is. I have been on the phone to them a lot, mainly to do with installation and get a different story each time.
