Some people can’t afford pets, or don’t have the time. Which is very understandable. Well, there’s a site that will give you a virtual realistic pet free of charge. It’s called FooPets. You can buy food and flea care items from the FooMart with FooGems or FooDollars. It only takes a few minutes of you time to care for your pet, and you can do additional things on the site if wanted. 

About the FooMart:

On FooPets, there are items you can buy. Here’s the rundown:

First off, there’s the FooMart. There are tabs you can click on that list what you can buy. There’s a “All” Tab, which lists all that’s in the FooMart. There is a “Supplies” tab which lists food and flea treatment you can buy for your pet. The next tab is “Backgrounds”. When you’re playing with your pet, it comes with a background. You can change it by buying one and replacing the old one. (Which you can still keep). There’s the “Interior” tab. If you get a background that takes place inside, this is where you would get all your indoors items. Next is “Exterior”, which means outside. And I think you can take a pretty good guess at what it’s for. Then there’s “Seasonal”, which is anything around any season. For example, it’s around Halloween as I’m writing this article. They are selling Halloween related decorations at the moment. They sell things forFooDollars and FooBucks.

How to make FooDollars:

FooDollars are not as easy to make as FooGems. In order to make FooDollars, you have to pay real money OR you can make FooDollars for free in only a couple of minutes! In order to make FooDollars, you can complete offers. I never trust offers sites. Offerers tend to spam you or have malicious content and scams. FooPets is a safe site, the one that hosts the offers isn’t. Another way to earn FooDollars is to breed FooPets and sell the babies, and the last way is to win fashion shows. 

How to make FooGems:

FooGems are what you can buy stuff with. It’s the easiest to make, but not many items are sold for FooGems. To make FooGems, each day you visit FooPets (NOT each time) you receive 500 FooGems. And you can play games and earn FooGems too. Care for your FooPets also, and that will give you FooGems. And the last way is you can refer your friends too! 

How to make FooKarma:

FooKarma is your FooPet’s level based on constant care and acts of kindness. The higher you get your FooKarma level, it increases the amount of FooGems you get for daily log in.

Here are some of the ways to get more FooKarma:

• Feed and Water Hungry and Thirsty Pets (10 FooKarma for each)
• Invite a friend that joins after referral (100 FooKarma)
• Pet the FooPet (3 FooKarma per pet, per day)
• Play with your Foopet (5 for a disc or ball or mouse catch)

Your FooKarma will decrease for not taking care of your pet and not giving it proper care.

The Best Way to Care for Your Pet:

About a week after you sign up for FooPets, it will give you a “magnet” status. It’s how much bond you have between your pet. It’s hard to increase, if you don’t care for your pet at the proper times. I suggest this:

Play, feed, water, and pet your pet every 6 hours, and your bond will increase. (Sleep time for people varies, so feed it when you wake up if you have the time)

Your pet also might need flea protection! I highly recommend buying it!

You can make friends and play with other people’s pets! You can also use the forums.

You can sign up to the FooPets newsletter, that comes about once a week. You can always unsubscribe.
