Before YouTube came to be the ordinary person would have difficulty posting videos that they wanted to share with the world. So when sever PayPal employees got together they came up with the idea of making a free service for people who wanted to post videos easily in hopes of making money on future advertisement. So in 2005 YouTube was officially born finding minimal investments (which were still in the millions.) In one years time in exponentially grew and google bought it for 1.65 billion dollars!!!!

Fortunately YouTube was well developed with minimal problems, has filters, and only allows access to adult content for those over the age of 18. However as perfect a site as one might think it to be, it is the reason and birth of many video taped pranks and fights that probably would have never come to be. Some widespread media incidents have been throughing food and servers at chain restaurant windows. students getting the tar kicked out of them by a numbers of other students, & many more criminal acts that people have had a kick out of video taping and sharing with the world.
