Bobsled – Call Your Friends on Facebook for Free

T-Mobile USA just launched a voice chat app for facebook. The app is called “Bobsled” and is so new that as of now it has 30 users.

How to get it

To get Bobsled all you have to do is enter “Bobsled” as a search term in Facebook and it will come up right away. You have to install a small application on your computer to use it.

What it does

Bobsled lets you “phone” your facebook friends. You can even leave a voice message on their walls.

The costs

Bobsled is absolutley free. At least for now…this might change at a later time.

Availablility:

“US only”- you think? You´re wrong. It can be used from any country so far. Although users from countries that censor their internet traffic might run into problems now or at a later time. The app is to new to be able to say anything about that yet.

Since the installer for the app is an exe-file it might be available for Windows only right now…unless the website automatically recognises OS X and offers an installer for that if necessary.
