This site is great! You will find allot of useful stuff in here. It’s very user/newbie friendly and you can also find a beginners tutorial on this site (very useful). Andrew Kramer also has some cool products for sale.
This site not only offers AE tutorials, but also on all the other Adobe programs (Photoshop, Premiere, etc.).
Pretty advanced, but super kick-ass! All I can say is “click on the link and see for yourself”.
Also a pretty good site, lots of tips and examples… Not very in depth, though.
This guy calls himself a expression junky… I guess he is… (he does know allot about AE, so just take a look and see if there is anything you can use…
super cool plug-ins for After Effects, the only downside: you have to pay 
Official stuff from Adobe: a color picker/generator/manager/whatever, pretty useful when you’re not good at picking the right colors…
It’s not really After Effects, but still pretty useful… (I like their show “Backyard FX”)
