If you have the Internet then you probably at one time or another have found your self running to a favorite website. Logging in before you do your morning routine whether it’s waking up brushing your teeth or watering your plants .You get where I’m going with this. Well it’s like coffee when you had your first dose you like the feeling it gave you so you had to go back for some more and over and again. So you have found your self staring at the computer ,and you are loging in faster than you did when you first learned how to use the computer. You log in into your favorite site and if it is my  space you run around  saying hi to all of your buddy’s on the site  leave then a message  or a pretty decorated comment. Or if it’s  a web site that you make money off of you check your earnings for the day or week .Then you go to the face book account and see what your high school  friends  went out  to  over hang out because you didn’t get to go due to an exam  on your on line class. Looking at the computer screen figuring out how much you want to put on your bills on line because the world is trying to make every thing so simple and less personable .Again you are caught looking at the computer screeen deciding if you would like dinnner to be ordered from online because they give you a discount if you use the computer again. Again you find your self starring at the computer screen once again.You have to admitt the whole internet is very addictive. Putting up your new pictures and e-mailing pictures to family and friends.To not be so addicted to the internet close your laptop for the day.Or if you have a desk top computer drop a cover or towel and see if you can go 24 hours with out it. Enjoy your day and call a friend instead of texting them.Give your eyes a rest.
