A Compendium of Cracking Christmas Animated Anarchy

Why bother to send your friends and family an amusing Christmas animation when you can send them ten?

Merry Christmas!

You may find that you play around with this for so long that “We Wish You A Merry Christmas” will reverberate in your ears for hour afterwards.  Santa’s eight reindeers each have their own contribution to make to the festivities and by clicking on to them you can activate their particular role.  All eight of them at the same time may reduce you to hysterics if you are of a gentle (or silly!) disposition!

Merry F****ng Christmas

If you know who Denis Leary is you will know that when he sings a song then the expletives are not deleted.  This is not for those of you who abhor swearing or are politically correct in any way shape or form.  Don’t say you weren’t warned!

White Christmas

Santa Claus sings a jazzy version of White Christmas in this amusing flash animation.  One of the reindeer, though, insists on getting in on the act and upstaging the poor old guy in red.  Perfect if you are a fan of forties music, animation and Christmas!

Sick and British Christmas

If you are of a nervous constitution do not watch this!  It is not cuddly, it is not cozy, but it does approximate to how some people think about Christmas.  For all of you would be serial killers out there – this one is for you! Warning – you may not get this if you are not from Europe!

Holiday Time

This does take a little time to load but when it does prepare yourself for several minutes of oddness.  Ever so slightly anti-Christmas, a disgruntled guy finds himself doing a sock puppet show for the kids at Christmas.  Via a Hollywood blockbuster, a unicorn and a strip tease (work friendly – don’t worry!).  You can always load up a pointless deleted scene when you are done if you want more.  Which you probably will.

Santa Badgers

If you are familiar with the singing dancing badgers then this take on that internet meme is bound to entertain.  Instead of the usual ‘lyrics’ (can you call them that?) the badgers chant something completely different.  Eye-wateringly funny if you are in the right mood – perhaps after a few glasses of Chianti at the office party!

Charlie Brownstain Christmas

If you have fond childhood memories of Charlie Brown then this may not be for you.  It’s kind of like watching The Waltons out-takes and frowning.  Yes, incredibly funny and this usurpation of a family favorite will show you the true meaning of Christmas.  Maybe.

White Trash Christmas

Join Jed and the guys and celebrate a White Trash Christmas!  You can hear Grandpa doing something awful in the snow, pick out some presents with the boys and generally join in the way only White Trash folk can.  Don’t forget the Miller Lite – turn your speakers up and revel!

Christmas with Daniel and Rupert

If you are a fan of the young stars of the Harry Potter film franchise then you will love this Christmas greeting from the pair of them.  Rupert gets especially fruity and there is a guest appearance from Alan Rickman just to make things even better!

Rockin’ Santa

Take a look at these reindeers – probably as you have never seen or imagined them before!  Whoever – or perhaps whatever – you Santa is, this piece of flash animation wishes you a happy Christmas.  Silly and inconsequential – perfect for this time of year!

Hysterical! I loved it. Unfortunately, I couldn’t see them all as my toddler is with me. She accidentally watched part of the zombie one…*sigh*. More counselling when she’s older. I’ll have to watch the rest at nap time. Great picks, Merry Christmas!!!

This was too funny, although I think the badgers gave me a seizure *wipes drool from mouth*…lol! I’m forwarding this to my dad, as I know he likes this kind of stuff. Great for the holidays. Speaking of which, have a wonderful holiday on your side of the world! :)

Is this your job? Nice work. Where do you source all the stuff, let alone get time to write all the articles? I suppose you are super-focussed, or on steroids, or both!

    Thanks RJ

What a lark. I am not sure I would want to meet the reindeers at midnight in London, though ;)
