Satellite imagery used to be the exclusive domain of governments and spy agencies, but ever since Google Maps and Google Earth came along, we all get to see weird things! Here are 11 of the strangest sights on Google Earth, complete with links to the areas on Google maps.

Interesting advertising and product placement done by various companies.  The KFC logo was created in the Mojave desert with thousands of small tiles to form an image seen from sattelite.  The Coca Cola logo was created using 70,000 empty coke bottles stacked up on a hill in Chile.
