Rxaminer. This site not only tells you what medication will substitute for the one you were prescribed, but advises you of the cheapest prices, their locations near you, and what your medication is actually doing for you.

Online Garage Sale

If you plan on cleaning out your children’s toys before Christmas, in order to make room for the new ones, why not make some money on them? Go to
Amazon
and look for similar items, then when you find something closely related click on “Sell yours here” and in a week or two you will be counting your cash. -
Toy Exchange

Want to check out a site where you can sell or swap items? Then log onto
Toy Swap. Here you can swap out that item you probably will never use anyway, and make some child happy this Christmas with a toy. -
Refresh Your Wardrobe

Another site for swapping would be
Swap Style, where you can swap clothing and accessories with someone else. -
Someone Else’s Treasure

Perhaps you are not interested in getting anything, but getting rid of something. Post it on
Free Cycle. There is a community board where other Freecyclers post their items or needs. Personally, I have used this site many times, and highly recommend it. It is just as their title states free. Their aim is help keep useful items out of landfills, and fulfill people’s needs at the same time. Log in and look for a neighborhood near you. -
Old to New

Earn points towards any number of electronic items at Circuit City and other electronic stores. Simply log onto
Rep Mobile, select your old, no longer wanted cell phone, and find out how many points it is worth. -
Swap a Plan

What if you want another cell phone or another cell phone provider, but your contract is still in effect? Avoid the termination fee by logging onto
Cell Swapper where someone else will willingly take over your contract. -
Pennies to the Dollar

Have you been saving your coins and want to turn them in without having to pay the typical 9% commission to use the Coinstar machine? Coinstar has joined with Amazon and Pier 1 to waive these fees when your cash is converted into a gift card for participating vendors. For more information log onto

Fly in the Air and Online

Wow, many great sites up there I will need to check out. The free cycle one, and the cell phone swapper while maybe not useful to me at the moment are defiantly something to keep in mind in the future. Nice list.
