• A great program to use if you want to make 3D images. This program was made in Japan but you are able to view the website in English. Also the program is mostly in English but there is a few things in Japanese (very few). The program will probably look confusing at first if you have never used any programs to create 3D images before but it is very easy to learn without any help in a few hours. There are some pre-made images that come will the program if you want to check out some of the great work you can make will this program.

• Okay, I have got to say greatest website ever. All of Aviary’s tools are free, no cost for some upgraded version or anything. Just telling you this because you will be blown away by its greatness. First of all here is a list of each current program and what it’s used for.

• Phoenix: Image Editor
• Peacock: Effects Editor
• Toucan: Color Editor
• Raven: Vector Editor
• Falcon: Image Markup
• Talon: Screen Capture (Firefox Add-on)
• Myna: Audio Editor

Sounds like Adobe Photoshop with an Audio Editor right? Well, pretty much it is! Just its free, but I guess we’ll all have to live with that. Right now Myna just came out so I don’t know much about it so I’d better get started.

• Have you ever watched one of those YouTube videos of someone playing an online game and there’s that box in the corner of the video that says the name of the program? Well, with Camstudio you get the same tool just without that box. Camstudio records anything you do on screen and you get to choose what portion of the screen you record and how long. Unlike those other programs you can also save your video file as a .avi file or .swf file, highlight your cursor in the video, choose to record sound or not, and the Camstudio screen is very small so it doesn’t get in the way and is still easy to operate.

• Great tool for recording and editing audio. This is such a great tool even some schools use it. Convert files, record live audio, edit sound files, cut and rearrange audio files, change speed and pitch, and much more.
