W3C Validator

A powerful free online Content Management System. You can host pages in your own web space or for free on Wordpress’ servers.
CSS Layout Generator
A free form-based tool to quickly and easily create CSS layouts for you websites.
.htaccess Tools
A .htaccess file is a text file that configures an Apache web server. This is a great collection of tools to automate the process of htaccess.
Stock Xchng
A large collection of royalty-free stock imagery for your websites. Free for non-profit websites.
Kuler
Easily picks modern colour schemes for you when your in need of an inspiration fix.
NicheBot
Excellent free SEO service to maximise your search engine visibility. Comes with keyword suggestion and analyisis tools.
