Haven’t gotten to watch an episode in two weeks (France).
Chance is a gloriously paradoxical little thing of life that can either bring a Frisbee to the crotch (Painful indeed), Guro (Horrific indeed!) or more positively bring one of those chance finds from surfing the internet for a little bit. “Movie Buzz” (Fantastic indeed) by chance was one of those nice finds (Guro was not).
With cycles you’re always going to end coming across something different on YouTube from searching a random word or clicking on one of those videos that the site considers “Videos like this” (A complete lie in most cases), but “Movie Buzz” was one of those complete and utter chance finds, thanks to “Videos like this” and so I’m grateful for that.
“Movie Buzz” with a nice touch of humour mixed into an informative series of movie related news. Hilarity and actually gives reviews of films from an audience standpoint rather than a critics standpoint….wait is that possible since everyone’s a critic? What am I saying? We’re all critics in life that how the world works. The guy who makes “Movie Buzz” is Peter Rallis who just knows how to sum up a film without the need to go over everything; a cake metaphor summed up Wolverine and the X-Men series quite nicely and accurately. The series doesn’t faultier from each edition being filled with something new about the ever expanding universe of films.
So do I go into intrigue detail on what the series could represent of the movie going public culture? No, because one I’m not into listing everything, two that would require me to sit here and type away reasons that I rather leave for you the reader to think (Don’t) and three I’m not one of those types who looks into everything and say “It must represent something”. The bottom line this review was always going to be short (I just realised this) and so this is the only thing I can say about “Movie Buzz” is “It’s informative while dosed with a nice amount of humour”.
Go watch “Movie Buzz” and here’s the link: http://www.youtube.com/user/RallisP
Thought of the Day: July 26th:
The thought of how annoying flies came to mind on how they keep landing on my face. An odd thought is if one lands on eyelashes I shall attempt the Aeon Flux move from the title sequence…..most likely to fail and never happen, but I’m holding out from how one keeps going for my nose each time.
