An Acoustic Fingerstyle Guitarist Teenager.
A 13 year old boy from South Korea, named Sungha Jung has a big dream to become a professional acoustic fingerstyle guitarist… This means Sungha uses picks(the thing used to strum the strings on a guitar) that he puts on his fingers to string his notes on his guitar…. All of his guitars are made by Lakewood and most of his equipment is customized by his supporters and other famous guitarists from around the world.
One day Sungha was watching his Father play the Guitar a few years ago and wanted to be just like his father. So he started playing the Guitar… And he is now a big hit on Youtube.
BackGround information: Sungha has a youtube channel where all of his songs are posted. That link is http://Www.Youtube.com/Jwcfree. He performs in many different concerts around the world. Sungha has composed seven pieces of music, ‘Missing You’, ‘Voyages with Ulli’, ‘Starseeker’, ‘Night Flight’, ‘Perfect Blue’, ‘Coco’, and his most recent release was ‘Mosel River’. He is currently taking drum lessons and teaching himself fingerstyle guitar. He used to be able to pickup on the music without and Tab (A Source on how to play a Song). He practices daily for 1-2 hours when he has school, but plays up to 3 Hours on School Breaks.
