The Butterfly effect created by the Rippol team makes searching for videos so easy!
Rippol Intelligent Discovery in Beta is a video website worth investing some time and fun in. They use a system called the Butterfly Effect system which uses algorithms which was created by the people who made Rippol. This system will help you find the videos you enjoy, instead of you trying to find the videos instead.
When you first appear on the Rippol site, they will ask you if you want to download Google Chrome Frame, to make your surfing experience on that site better. Google Chrome Frame is available for the IE browser. It is a very quick install, and you will want Google Chrome Frame when Google releases Wave since it is mentioned on the Google Chrome Frame download, that it makes the experience of Wave even better.
You can sign in to Rippol with your Facebook, Twitter, or MySpace account, which will work in a way that you can see what your friends are up. A stream from those acounts appears in your page. An option to join Rippol and begin a separate account exists, but if you are like me with so many social media sites going, using an existing account is a better option.

Once you log in you will be asked to fill out what your interests are as you can see in the photograph above, this way the butterfly effect will begin to work and the system can begin to find your interests and videos you want to see.
Your home page in the photograph directly below this paragraph, is where you can fill out your profile and see your own personal stream from the account you signed in with, as well as the global stream of what global users are watching and choosing as their favorites. You can remove the global stream, but you might find others who have the same interests as you. Choosing favorites is a great way to remember the videos you enjoyed the most.

Searching through their data base of 700000 videos from all over the internet is also available. That method would not be considered the Butterfly Effect since you are manually looking for the videos yourself.
The Discover page seen in the next shot below this verse, leads from your homepage and is the Butterfly Effect of Videos being searched for that are the categories you originally chose when you joined.

It is in beta stages, and on the site they mention they are having some bugs. We must be patient while they work them out. They do have a feedback option and joining a forum to discuss the product.
Personal advice from me to you, when you first join take the time to fill out all of your interests even if it is a bit time consuming. The one feature I have not located as of yet, is to go back and change my interests so I can receive more on my discover page, and more from the Butterfly Effect they created.
Get searching for some videos, but let them search for you!
