It’s fun to create a stickman animation. It’s even more fun to show it to the world.
Uploading your stickman animation to Youtube is a good way to show your friends and family what you can do, but first of all you need to know how to create an animation. If you don’t know already, just go here to read my helpful guide on how to create a stickman animation using pivot. Otherwise, use this step by step guide to upload your animation to Youtube. Here is one that I made if you need some inspiration.
First, in your stickman animation window, click “File” then “Save Animation.”
A window will pop up with a bar that says .piv in it. Click the box and a menu will drop down. Select .gif and click “Save.” You can ignore the next window and just click “OK.”
After you have the animation saved as a .gif file, you will need to download Windows Movie Maker, unless you already have it (you probably do so you should check.) And then open the Movie Maker.
After you have it opened, click file and then “Import into Collection.” Then find your stickman .gif file and then click Import. Next, drag your animation down to the story line thing. Then, click file up top and “Save Movie File”.
After this, click My Computer and then next. Enter a name for your movie and select a location for your file, then click Next. Click next again and wait for it to finish saving and click finish.
Next, go to Youtube and make an account or log-in. Then, click the upload button in the right hand corner of the page and press upload video on the next page.
Find your movie and click upload or OK. Then enter a title, description, tags, and a category and click save.
And there you go, you now have a video uploaded to Youtube. Enjoy.
