Internet Scammed: Bank Sues Victim: Victim Ponders Counter Suit

I have had some legal education in college. Although I am not an attorney, many of my friends and family often seek legal advice from me. The following is a story about a friend who was scammed on the internet and is now being sued by his bank, which I will call NCB. He asked me for some advice and I volunteered to write this article and pass it on. Maybe it will hit the eyes of an energetic and aggressive lawyer. Maybe it will serve as a warning to others.
