YouTube is great for sharing videos and music, share what you’ve been doing with the world on video. Let the District Prosecutors Office get enough video evidence of you so that they can lock you away for a long while, maybe someone will “youtube” a video of the inside of a prison cell.
Friday Night you at home, smoking some weed, your friend pulls out her camera phone and then shoots a video of you sucking on a huge bong – then the magistrate asks you “so are you sure you don’t use drugs?” What your Plea?
It is true you can be prosecuted for a crime and video from you tube can be used as evidence in any court case. So be Careful what you upload, you don’t want to be caught on camera pretending to wank behind your boss’s back and then he goes into his office and you tubes his name to see the video a couple hours later. I’m sure you’ll appreciate the raise he’ll give you.
I keep telling people when yo register for any website service, social networking or email “read your terms and agreements” don’t just click YES I AGREE.
Those terms and agreements are the legal forces that can work against you.
Imagine the look on your wife’s face, when she goes to you tube and types in your name to see a video of you at your bachelor part with your head stuck between the legs of a blonde female stripper. What Joy!
The Internet is now being used to collect information about persons and a collective database is being kept based on key words | names | dates of births | so be careful! everyone is talking about Freedom of Expression and Free Internet Rights, but alot of these big organizations are just becoming billion dollar companies because of the data that they keep on you. Your Data is sold, what you google determines what ads you see on your social networking websites, all those advertisements that you’ve been seeing while looking at your facebook – and your thinking oh yeah just last yesterday i was googling for a new washing machine and there’s a good deal in that ad on facebook from amazon. Yes people its real its called targeted marketing and the way in which they collect the data they need on you is totally legal because you clicked YES I AGREE when signing up and by clicking yes you agree it give the Babylon – police authorities or whatever you call them in your area the full right to access any incriminating evidence that they need on you.
