Such a popular thing these days, but how?
Most of the Internet users have probably heard of the Internet hit twitter.com. Basically on this site you have a group of followers and when you type in something they will all receive that information via Twitter homepage or text (text being an option).
I have my own personal twitter account http://twitter.com/c_a_miller and I use this mainly for the sole purpose of spreading my articles and I have some 20 followers. I do, however, follow many people, my Pastor’s inspirational quote of the day, NFL, Texans etc. I have some of these on getting texts others not.
In my opinion there is nothing special about twitter. It could be like stalker heaven because I know of some idiots who really say “I am at (address) with my friend.” I personally hate these type of people, but that is a different story. Twitter seemed to gain over night popularity, pretty soon all your favorite NEWS shows are telling you to tweet them.
I think it’ll go out as fast as it went in. It seems like one of those things that lasts for a bit and then dies fast, being forgotten. Other big name sites like Youtube, Facebook are all those sites that remain consistent and will be untill the next best thing comes out. Twitter will fall soon.

Twitter needs a change to be effective in my opinion.

Good article. I’m a twitter member too, but I’m dropping out because it is a little bazarr for me. Especially when you get “Tweets.” Anyway, have a great day!

Nice, I also have tweeter, but did not sign up to have sent as text as my son did, and his cell was Tweeting day and night, so he quickly changed that. But it is also a nice place to post some of your articles.
