There is an easy way to be strong in those games. Mainly, those games just require more activity and longer time in front of the pc. This might be tedious and take much of your time. However, there is a solution to this. Macros are just scripts that easily follow/record steps which you want them to repeat.

The best and simplest is Firefox iMacros.

There is a record feature and you can even set the delay if there is a wait time like the regen in Mafia Wars.
