Are you having a hard time finding a legit social network where there are a lot of people wanting someone new to talk to? I know it is very crazy these days because of all of the social networks out there but I can assure you by the end of this article your mind will be made up! Take a look

Facebook- Facebook has been around for numerous years and they have been doing great things with their site but I would recommend this website as my least favorite because as they upgrade, I am starting to see things from Myspace on the site.

Myspace- Myspace is a great website for promoting pretty much. The reason Myspace is so big is because of the celebrities on it and people had the wrong interpretation of it meaning (They all thought they were going to be able to talk to their favorite celebs), well wrong! If you send a celebrity a message, you are most likely going to receive an auto-mated message (very few artists do reply). Also if you realize, all of the celebrities on Myspace have these brilliant banners and all of their music on their page. They are direct promoting pretty much but I would say this is my second website because you can promote on it!

Jaiku- Jaiku is just like twitter and I do not recommend Jaiku at all. It is another micro-blogging site. You can send updates with the 140 characters also. It is a cheap version of twitter. Would not recommend this website at all! Take a look

Twitter- Last but not least is twitter. Twitter is all of these websites placed into 1! Want to promote use twitter; talk to people twitter is the way to go people. Make a free account and you can do it all right off of your computer or off of your phone. No you cannot listen to music on twitter but that is what iPod touch is for. Twitter is so simple to use and this is the website of the future! So go ahead and sign up for it! The website link is http://www.twitter.com
