Problem Video, Facebook Success Beat Yahoo

Speaking about the most visited websites for viewing videos, YouTube is still the “king”. But the highlights of the latest comScore report follows Facebook’s popularity is creeping up and shift the position of Yahoo.

According to the market research firm in the U.S. in July, Facebook recorded more than 53 million unique viewers. This number is inscribed on the notes that Yahoo’s 49 million visitors.

However, despite losing in terms of unique viewers, Yahoo should be proud in terms of the number of videos watched by users. Reportedly, Yahoo users watch more video, which is about 625 million, while the giant networking site Facebook users reported only view the video as much as 327 million in the same month.

Competition Yahoo and Facebook for the position of the two did not disturb the winner of the first in the list, namely YouTube. Yes, the popularity of YouTube as yet unbeaten.

Video site owned by Google is still comfortably perched at the position of the viewer with a unique number which is well above the two sites mentioned previously, the nearly 157 million in the same month.

In addition to YouTube, Facebook and Yahoo, other sites most visited to see the video is Vevo and Microsoft. Each is ranked the 4th and 5th, quoted from Cnet, on Monday (20/08/2012).
