Previously if users want to correct typing errors when posting a comment, then the only way is to delete the last comment and make a new post’s. Facebook is now providing a new option, which the user can edit a typing error, without having to delete comments that have been made.
Quoted from Mashable, Friday (22/06/2012), began yesterday, Facebook has offered the ability to edit comments. Editing options thatwill appear in the form of a small pencil icon in the upper right side of user comments.
Later when the user clicks the icon above, will appear two options, namely edit and delete comments. In addition italso displays the history editing Facebook to comment,so that subsequent commentators or the like to get the full context of the conversation.
This was deliberately done up,to ensure that other users who want to know the context of the comments made not confused. Realtime editing was launched on Thursday night, and will gradually be released to all users in the coming days.
