You can make money through Twitter by using it as a mass advertising platform. By simply posting links to articles and sites you have authored, you will notice a jump in the amount of traffic you receive. You can follow as many people as you like, and hope that they follow you back, but adding a massive amount of people to your account is time consuming, time that is very valuable. Your best bet is to look up software that mass follows people (They exist, though at some cost. I know this because I use them) for you, which cuts down the amount of time you waste by more than half. Once you have added as many people as possible, simply link your blog to Twitter, and every time you publish a new post it will show up as a link on your twitter account for people to see. It may take some time in order for this method to show some solid results, but just stick with it. In a month at the most, you should have seen a noticeable increase in the amount of readers that visit your site.
