If you are the owner of a website you should know how hard it is to get the first visitors and how to move these visitors to retell it or spread links. I got some tips for you which you probably haven’t read before.

Before you start getting traffic to your website you should know what kind of traffic you want. You could get 2000 hits per hour but these people leave your homepage as fast as they get on it. It isn’t very profitable because they aren’t long enough on your homepage to click an add or do something you could get money for. But if you really get 2000 hits per hour then there would be enough people who click your ads. How to get so many hits?

1.) Viral Marketing is the key! All you need is something everybody wants to share with somebody else. It sounds difficult but it isn’t. A very simple way is a Facebook-Spread. You want everybody who is getting on your website to click like before he/she can view the content. It doesn’t look legit for some people but believe me if you really got something cool or funny after they liked it you will get traffic as hell! Just search on google for “Facebook spreading Tutorials” and you will get all the infos you need.

2.) Referral-Links are a very good traffic method too. All you need to know here is that your users need to get something for spreading this link, like Bonuspoints or a competition like: “The first one with xx refs gets yy for free!” Be creative! Remember to put all your visitors need to know on the first site they see. It isn’t good to let refs just see a Form where they put their infos to sign up! Make a special site like: “You got refered you get a bonus of xy” and maybe they are going to sign up just to check the content. This system works much better then the Viral Marketing thing because you get visitors as long as there are user who want referrals. If you keep everything up to date and if you try to be a bit creative you can get a good amount of visitors, sign ups and active users and that all you need!

You can try to connect both of these methods to gain maximum traffic but keep in mind:
“Good things come to those who wait!”
Don’t give up, all websites started small.
