I was waiting for this new version, read about it and just I read about it in the morning, just could not wait to get it on my iPad.

Upgrade

After one backup I choose to update to new iOS 6. It runs smoothly without

any trouble as expected. It takes a while (not to long).

Power ON

After entering pass code, first screen just notified me that my iPad was updated successfully. It follows by standard settings and confirmation i could start using it.

First impression

Maps: After reading other reviews I first jump on Maps to see the new one. Main difference is navigation. Just have to test it.  (TomTom was my first navigation system I had, so I have great expectation from it.)

Photos:  brings some new features and first impression is good. Photo-Stream, Places,..

Mail: This is the main app for me and is in use non stop. Some good new features are added. VIP folder, insert picture or video.

Facebook and Twitter are integrated throughout iOS.

there are some new features that I won’t use, not for now.

Conclusion

I like it. I do not mind if there is something missing or not as expected. It’s always chance for new improvement.
