There are many similarities and differences between Facebook and My Space.  I am a user of both and I know more people on Facebook than on My Space, though this may appear that Facebook is more widely used, this does not necessarily make it better.

Facebook has the same content that My Space has, most of the same applications similar networks and such, but Facebook is generally more user friendly than My Space is.  Facebook sometimes glitches up on me but My Space does it even less often.  My Space has had a personal profile link for
a long time, for example myspace.com/rwlovett.  But Facebook has just recently released theirs not too long ago.  My Space has recently released an email system.  Facebook has no email system.

Overall I would say that Facebook is better with being easier to use.  But My Space takes the cake with less glitches, better updates, and email system.
