Facebook.
Today in school we had an interesting conversation about facebook and friendship.
It was interesting cause we were asked if we do have a facebook and if so are the people on it truly your friend. Is it better to texting better than talking face-to-face. Is a real friend one who supports you in your time of need or says something through texts and ims.
This was an interesting discussing even though I really didn’t get involved.
My opinion about this is that facebook does help get connected with friends. But it does miss the point of having friends. So what if you have 500 friends. Have you seen all of them or truly know them. Just because you talk to them on Facebook does not mean you really know the person. Besides for all we know the person might not even be your friend and is a phony(fake friend or even a stalker).
So this is my idea on facebook. Give me your opinions this is an interesting topic and try to be honest cause then you are just lying to yourself which truly doesn’t help you

i agree, You don’tknow who these people are. They might be legitimate and they might be inmates in a prison. Don’t ever give them any private information such as your address or your real name. call me supicious but I have heard of some bad things at facebook.

I do agree with what your saying but just because Facebook calls everyone you interact with your ‘Friends’ doesn’t mean they are your actual friends, they may just be people you know or old friends and its a good way to catch up with people or see how there doing in life. So i just add everyone i have met in life LOL
