Cafe World is the newest game from Zygna, who has brought continuous number ones to Facebook including; Mafia wars and Farmville. Cafe World is another concept taken from another game called Restaurant city. Like how Zygna improved Farm Town with their Farmville. I see Cafe world becoming more popular that Cafe World.

The only problem with Cafe World and Farmville is the lack of real multiplayer interaction. But this game is surly a must for any facebook gamer!

Layout

The layout of your cafe does indeed matter. Make you have a good layout that will improve your buzz. (see below) A good layout uses your environment well, by maximising the use of space, while leaving the right amount of space for people to get through. To serve people a waiter must be able to access the table. In a situation such as 3 tables against a wall consecutively, The middle table will not be able to be reached by your waiter. Chairs against a wall back to back cannot be accessed if there is no space behind, on the left or one the right of them.

Buzz

Buzz is the popularity of your cafe. The more popular your cafe is, the more people will come over a period of time. Buzz ranges from a low starting point of 5, to a maximum of 105. The amount of tables that are able to be served will affect the buzz, and Having a high buzz is the result of a successful layout, with enough chairs and tables.

Stoves

Stoves cook food. Food is the main source of income in the game. You start of with 3 stoves, and are able to purchase more as you level up. The type of stove  you have does not at all affect your food. A 500 coin stove will work the same as a 25000 one, beside the appearance.

Counters

Counters are used for serving food. Counters do stack food, so if you cook 5 burgers, they will add onto just one counter which is very helpful and you are able to minimise the use of counters and save space when needed. Counters also have different appearances, but all operate in the same way.

Waiters

Waiters are your friends that you hire in the game. The more you have the higher your buzz will as your customers and friends won’t leave the restaurant if your waiters can’t keep up and fail to serve. You gain the opportunity to hire more waiters as you level up in the game.

Decorations

Decorations help change the appearance of the game and won’t do much beside that. If you are new to the game, don’t worry much about decorations and start to earn enough money to run your restaurant instead by making sure you have enough to prepare dishes and buy furniture.

Wall Paper & Tiles

These items return to your inventory when a new piece is placed on top. There always has to be one tile of a wall paper on your wall and one tile of flooring on your floor for each part of your floor or wall. When purchasing these, each piece of wall paper or each piece of tile is sold separately. So don’t start buying 1 8000 coin wall paper if you only have 8000 coins!

Earning Money

You earn money by selling your dishes after they have finished cooking. Side methods of income include eating at your friends restaurants (100 coins) and your friends eating at your restaurants. (from tips – I’ve had 90 coins)

Earning EXP

You earn experience when you prepare a dish, each item you put into the dish (3 items) you get 5 exp for, more exp for starting the dish and finishing it, the amount for these depends on the dish, the longer the cook time, the higher the experience awarded.

Types of food

It doesn’t matter which food you sell, your customers will eat what ever you serve. What you should be serving is when you think you will be on next, so if you want to wait 1 day, then prepare some chicken, if you want to wait 2 days, prepare the roast. Don’t mix foods, as it makes you log on more and waste time. Youcustomers only eat one dish per visit anyway.
