You need to make sure you have an iTunes account before downloading these apps. You can sign up in iTunes. Now download it and install it to begin.

Now open it and this image will show up. Then it will lead you to the newest tweets posted recently.

To get the options such as checking messages and friends then tap the bottom-right icon and you will get a menu with a couple of options

Right, so you can check news that you recieved by followers , messages, favourites, friends and you obviously can post some new tweets. This app is very useful if you want to check your Twitter account details if you are on the move or just need to check if your so lazy to go to the computer.
