Here are some great websites for a new baby.
Finding out your pregnant is not only existing, but can at times become very stressful. When I found out I was pregnant there was a rush of emotions going through me. I had a million and one questions, entering my mind at times not letting me sleep. I came to realized one sleepless night that knowledge is key and the internet is has an abundance of information that can help me. With a note pad and pen I began to write down some key concerns that I will now have to face with the new baby. I’ve taken the liberty of addressing my two main concerns that I had to address in the beginning of my pregnancy.
Money
What is the best way to have a child without the financial stress associated with it? What are my first major expenses? This answer may seem simple, however did you answer maternity close? This is the first major expense your going to have. We’re talking a new wardrobe! Many family and friends will tell you to go to www.motherhood.com others will recommend www.mimimaternity.com. These are great website for maternity close, however I tend to tighten the pennies when it comes to a new wardrobe. So I would recommend asking family & friends for their maternity close, you’d be surprised how many of us still keep our maternity close. Some of the shops that I personally went to consisted of Burlington Coat Factory and www.fashionbug.com These are absolutely great stores with great prices! At Burlington Coat Factory you can find a maternity set for $14.99 or even simply pick up a great pair of jeans for $12.99. At the Fashion Bug store I would pick up a couple of tops size large to extra large. This store offers formal wear and office attire for such a great price. Money is important at every point in your life, but especially when you are starting a family. Being pregnant is the most beautiful experience you can go through, some minor changes can help the experience be so much more rewarding!www.pampers.com, www.huggies.com, and www.luvs.com. Many of these companies offer membership opportunities that include discount coupons that you can print from home. You may want to look into the bulk stores such as www.bjs.com or www.samsclub.com sometimes these stores offer a great deal on bulk diapers.
Diapers
How much are diapers going to cost me? This is a big concern, because it is a big expense. At the point of which I found out I was pregnant, every time I went out to the store I would pick up a bag of diapers. Now because you don’t know how big the baby is going to be or if the baby will be allergic to anything this is a bit risky. Advise will be given to you on the pros of using one brand over another. I can tell you that I purchased every brand from Luv’s, to Huggies, to Pampers, and even Clouds. The bottom line is diapers are diapers and depending on your child one brand may be better suited than another. Even though it is risky to start shopping for diapers I recommend it only because it will save you so much money once the child is here. Personally, I had to start buying diapers after my son was 6 months old! I had purchased 6 months of my child’s life ahead of time and saved myself an additional $24.99 per box every shopping trip. Feel free to do the math, it adds up. I also never paid full price for diapers, how you may ask. Coupons my dear, old fashion coupons.
Here a couple of good websites that you should definitely register to get free stuff and coupons in the mail:
My all time favorite store is Wal-Mart, great ridiculously low price on baby products! Something you should keep in mind is that babies go through a little over 3,000 diapers which means every coupon counts. Most of my clients even ask friends and family to save any coupons they may have this alone will help you save money. Also, worse case check out eBay to see if you can purchase them at a discount, paying .25 for a $3.00 off coupon for Luv’s diapers is worth it.
As you start to focus more on getting ready for the baby keep in mind that every penny counts and early shopping can only help shape your future as you enjoy your new baby.
